Exciting new ERDF development project at Optotec

Optotec Group Oy has launched an interesting new development project, for which our company has received funding from the European Regional Development Fund. The project is implemented within the framework of the Innovative Finland (ERDF) theme of the Innovation and Skills in Finland 2021-2027 programme.

The project is titled “Growth and competitiveness by developing production capability” and its implementation period is from March 1, 2023, to February 29, 2024.

The project aims to investigate the feasibility of a new production service that will achieve growth and competitiveness by developing production capacity and renewing the company’s business strategy.

The new production service aims to reduce the amount of polymers used and partially replace them by utilizing the knowledge of the creep phenomenon.
